Judy and I would be remiss if we did not give Elizabeth Phillips, Realtor, a huge shout out for the outstanding job she did for us! We started working with Elizabeth in October 2022, relative to the sale of our property in Taylor County, Florida. We ended up dividing our two parcels of land into two new parcels and this took lots of extra work! There were also a few other glitches that arose during the sale of the two new parcels. All throughout both sales, Elizabeth worked extremely hard, remained patient when most people would have gone crazy, and used her training and instincts to professionally guide us through the sale of both parcels! We are extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Elizabeth and cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work!
